How wagering is counted

The offer cards count wagering on the bonus amount, while our general bonus rules count it on the deposit plus the accrued bonus, multiplied by the wagering coefficient of the offer. Only games in the Bonus Wager category count, and that category holds more than 3,000 games.

Real money first

When a bonus is active, your Cash Balance is used before your Bonus Balance. You can hold one active bonus at a time, and deposit bonuses run one after another rather than together.

One player, one device

A bonus is for a single player using one device and one browser. Exceeding the maximum bet counts as bonus abuse, and so do strategies such as large stakes on low-impact games, raising stakes to grow the bonus balance and then lowering them, or switching from low to high contribution games. Abuse can lead us to cancel all bonuses and winnings and block the account.

Withdrawing or cancelling early

A withdrawal request made before a bonus is used, or while it is still active, forfeits the bonus and every win linked to it. You can cancel a bonus yourself in My bonuses or through support. A cancelled bonus resets your bonus balance to zero, removes its winnings and cannot be restored.

Expiry and changes

An expired bonus is lost together with its winnings, and each promotion sets its own period. We can change, suspend or cancel any bonus, contribution rate or tournament at any time without notice.

Fair play in games

Your own accounts only

Play through each deposit

Every deposit must be wagered 3 times before funds linked to it can be withdrawn. Otherwise we may charge a processing fee for the deposit and withdrawal. If you make several deposits without playing in between, the total of those deposits has to be wagered before you can withdraw.

Currency and charges

Our internal operating currency is the Euro, so a card payment in another currency can come out slightly higher after conversion. Your payment provider may add its own deposit fee.

Before you withdraw

Verify your email in your profile settings, and wager or cancel any active bonus first. The cashier keeps a withdrawal on hold until both are done.

Processing time

We process payout requests within 3 business days, not counting the time banks and other payment institutions need. Bank transfers can, in exceptional cases, carry charges from intermediary banks.

Limits and instalments

Daily, weekly and monthly withdrawal limits apply, and the minimum and maximum depend on the payment method. Players on a higher VIP level may receive exceptions at our discretion. Winnings above the monthly limit are paid in monthly instalments until the full amount is settled.

Refunds

Deposits are final and non-refundable unless our refund policy or the law says otherwise. Send any refund request within 5 business days of the deposit, and approved refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval, less any processing fees.

Documents we need

Upload a government-issued photo ID, a selfie holding that ID and a proof of address issued within the last 90 days. We may also ask for a bank statement, or a card photo showing the first 6 and last 4 digits with the security code covered. Screenshots are not accepted.

Document rules

The name on your documents must match your account, and they must not expire within the next 3 months. The country on your identity and address documents must not be one of our restricted countries. Documents should be in the Latin alphabet, otherwise we may ask for a video call. Each request takes up to 10 files.

Phone check

A phone call can be part of verification. If we cannot reach you within 2 weeks of a withdrawal request, the account may be locked until verification is complete.

Larger deposits

Deposits over €5,000 start a source of wealth check, and the account is frozen once that total is reached. Source of funds evidence is due within 14 calendar days of our request. If funds turn out not to be your own, or their lawful origin cannot be confirmed, we may void winnings and return only the part of the deposit still on the account.

Deadline for documents

Winnings may be confiscated if full verification is not provided within 14 days of our request, where that failure is fraudulent or grossly negligent.

Self-exclusion

You can close your account or restrict your play for a period you choose. During self-exclusion you cannot open your account, make transactions or get promotions, and you must not open a new account. To start, write to [email protected] and follow the instructions you receive.

When the period ends

Your account stays closed until the period is over and then reopens, unless you ask for a permanent or longer block at least 24 hours before the end. You can ask to lift the block early, but the final decision is ours.

Stake and transaction limits

We may limit your maximum stake. You can change these amounts at any time, and a change takes effect 24 hours after the last update. A transaction limit you set earlier can be changed or removed through support.
